REDOS / REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are dissatisfied with your service or wish to make adjustments, I am committed to accommodating changes within 7 days of your appointment. These adjustments may include toning, root shadows, or corrective retouching.
Please understand that while I strive for your satisfaction, I prioritize the integrity of your hair. Therefore, I may not compromise its health to achieve additional results beyond the initial service specifications.
My pricing reflects my expertise, the quality of materials used, and the time invested in providing exceptional service. Please note that I do not offer refunds, but I will gladly provide modifications if necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY
48 hours notice is required for any cancellation or appointment rescheduling. New clients are required to make a $150.00 non-refundable deposit to secure and book an appointment. Your deposit will be deducted off of your service the day of your appointment. If cancelled without adequate notice (48 hours) then your deposit will be forfeited. For all clientele, if you choose to cancel/reschedule without fair notice you will be charged 50% of your service price. No show appointments will not be given the ability to reschedule.
SICK POLICY
Please stay home if you are feeling unwell, and reach out to hunterandmane@gmail.com to reschedule your appointment. We require 48 hours notice for a cancellation due to sickness. Thank you.
PARKING
On street parking for Bellevue avenue is free for a maximum of 2 HOURS. For any appointments longer than 2 hours, please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to retrieve a free parking pass for your colour appointment, there is a parking lot located off of Marine Drive (the Hollyburn Plaza).
